9 October 2027. Kona, Hawaii. The Ironman World Championship. Five athletes go the way together, in cooperation with coach Lubos Bilek.
To be honest
Not even to your training partner. Not even to yourself, if you’re honest. But when the alarm goes off at four in the morning because training has to fit in before work, somewhere, very quietly, there’s this one thought.
Kona.
Not as a daydream. As a question you sometimes ask yourself when nobody is listening: what if I really tried?
And maybe you’ve even raced in Kona before and have been wondering ever since what would happen if you went for it again. This time with more than training: with real access to what you’ve built.
A one-time opportunity
Kona 27 is the first shared journey of Regulated Athletes to the Ironman World Championship. Not the second. Not the tenth. The first, and there won’t be another first. One day many will go this way. You have the chance to be one of the first.

In cooperation with Lubos Bilek
Lubos Bilek is one of the most renowned coaches in endurance sport and one of the first outside our team to see the potential of what we are building. He isn’t paid to say so. In decades with world-class athletes he found the same truth that drives us: training alone is not enough. What matters is what your body makes of it.
That’s why we don’t simply call him our training partner. Lubos has understood the principle for a long time, even if he would never have called it that. That he commits to Kona 27 with only five athletes is exceptional.
The principle behind it
Performance=Training×Recovery
Individual swim, bike and run plan, strength and stretching, race nutrition, a weekly call. The plan adapts to you, not the other way round.
That this training is actually available on race day. Across the three levels: microbiome, nervous system and identity.
Who works with you

Availability and regulation, the path he has walked himself.

Microbiome, nervous system, identity: the levels that make training effective in the first place.

Individual training at world-class level, for more than 20 years.
The investment
Coaching on all three levels, microbiome, nervous system, identity, is included in the price. We build the physical foundation itself with Regulated Body: carefully selected products your body can really use. These come separately.
What that looks like for you depends on your body. We configure it individually and discuss everything transparently in the first conversation, so you know from the start what you’re signing up for.
places, because Lubos and we want to really know every athlete.
What this means for you in practice, we discuss personally in the first conversation, depending on what makes sense for you.

Rented performance
16,300 €
per year
Over 3 years on the way to Kona: 48,900 €.
All of it evaporates on the flight home. The ability to make it available on that one day was never part of it.
Where are you losing your 30 minutes?
Training, equipment, coach, entry fees: ambitious long-distance athletes put up to 20,000 € into a season.1 Which signal costs you performance on race day, you usually only notice when it’s too late.
The 5 % apply to most endurance sports: marathon, road racing, Hyrox, rowing.
The cheapest half hour is the one you never lose.

Common thoughts
Kona 27
Five places. Twelve months. One World Championship. In the first conversation we work out together whether it fits you, without any sales pressure.
Lubos, Jonas and Ines read every application themselves. Not every one leads to a first conversation: with five places, we’re looking for the right five. If it fits, we get in touch. If it doesn’t, we tell you honestly why.
