Why elite sport belongs in your company
Six months before Rio, every test said I was in the best shape of my life. Then my body shut down on the ergometer. Outside, everything was in place: coach, plan, team, data. Inside, the system had been running on reserve for too long. In companies we see the same pattern. The strategy is right, the team is right, and on the day that counts, part of the performance is missing.
The model behind every talk
Outside is what everyone sees: strategy, team, tools, numbers. Inside decides whether it lands: sleep, energy, body, mind, digestion. If the inside sits at 0.8, it brakes everything you’ve built on the outside.
Talks & formats
Every format ends with the same thing: each person knows where they lose performance, and what the first step is.
What a world champion overlooked six months before the Olympics, and what it means for your team. The story, the model, and the five signals that show the loss early.
Why a company runs on the inside of the people who lead it. Outside × inside, how the three levels affect each other, and what leaders can start with tomorrow.
Recovery speed as a leadership factor. Hands-on: the team finds its blind spots and leaves with concrete steps for a full calendar.
What makes it different
During the talk, every participant takes our 3-minute analysis on their phone. Each person sees their own strongest warning signal right away. Afterwards you get the overall picture of the room: which signal costs your team the most right now.

Because the mechanisms are the same. Load, pressure, recovery, the one day that counts. In elite sport you see them earlier and more clearly. Add a master’s in strategy and years in organisational development, and the bridge to your everyday work is built in.
